YOUR TASKS
The Body Control Product Area is part of Hella Electronics particularly known for its successful products: solutions for new E/E architectures such as 1) iPDM (intelligent Power Distribution Modules), 2) ACM (Advanced Control Modules), 3) BCM Controller (Body Control Modules), 4) MSM (Memory Seat Module), 5) CCU (Closure Control Unit) and 6) TTM (Trailer Tow Module).
As part of the Body Control product family, you are a member of the customer project system team, working closely with the Lead System Engineer who leads the system team, as well as collaborating with Mechanical Design, Hardware, Software and Testing.
The foundation of customer projects is based on solutions from the Body Solutions Platform, developed according to SEooC (Safety Element out of Context).

You are part of the acquisition team for iPDM/ZC roll-out projects and support the success of these acquisitions by bringing in your expertise and leadership skills

You serve as the primary contact for System Architecture in customer project and ensure optimal utilization of the Body Solutions Platform with maximum re-use and minimum effort

Your system architecture not only aligns with the product family strategy but also meets quality and safety requirements in accordance with ASPICE and ISO 26262

In the case of deviations or change request, you are part of the analysis team and coordinate effective countermeasures in collaboration with the team

You proactively bring forward ideas for continuous improvement in your area of expertise, helping us achieve greater success as a global team and organization
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed technical studies in the fields of electrical engineering, communications engineering, technical computer science or comparable

At least 3 years of professional experience in automotive development

High degree of resilience, determination, and assertiveness

Analytical thinking, efficiency and high flexibility

Willingness to travel with strong communication skills in English (mandatory) and German (preferred)
