The role inside Smart Training is not only focused on coaching athletes and other clients, but also on helping build the structure, community, and long-term growth of the company.

Main Responsibilities
1. Coaching & Training
- Personal Training sessions
- Athletic Performance sessions
- Group classes
- Tennis / Padel athletic training
- Warm-ups & mobility sessions
- Injury prevention & return-to-play support
- Physical testing & assessments
- Support at clubs and external locations
2. Athlete & Client Management
- Support with training planning
- Follow-up with athletes and clients
- Harbiz app management
- Session tracking & feedback
- Communication with clients when needed
- Helping maintain high service quality
3. Blau-Weiß / Schwarz-Weiß Project Support
- Helping organize group structures
- Supporting onboarding of new members
- Being present during classes and events
- Helping build a strong community atmosphere
- Supporting the development of the new fitness project
4. Sales & Communication
- Building trust with clients
- Explaining training concepts professionally
- Supporting client retention
- Helping convert interested people into long-term clients
- Representing Smart Training professionally
5. Social Media & Content
- Participating in social media content
- Recording training videos/reels
- Explaining exercises and tips
- Helping increase Smart Training visibility online
6. Operational & Team Support
- Helping maintain organization inside the gym
- Supporting scheduling and coordination
- Problem solving
- Supporting daily operations
- Helping improve systems and workflow
Skills Required:
- High energy & professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
- English language proficiency (required)
- German language proficiency (strong advantage)
- Proactive mindset
- Flexibility with schedules and locations
- Desire to grow long-term with Smart Training
Hours and Schedule:
- This is a 20-hour-per-week role, with most shifts scheduled on weekday afternoons and evenings between 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Saturday availability is a plus.
- The ideal start date for the role is September 2026.
- The schedule can work well alongside university or PhD commitments.
- This part-time structure is intended as a strong first integration phase, with the possibility of developing into a full-time position over time.

Pay: 1.400,00€ - 1.800,00€ per month
