In Ulm you will encounter communications solutions for space missions and electrical satellite thrusters. Your mission as PMO Specialist:
Independently manage and support projects while contributing to proposal management throughout the entire project and bid lifecycle
Develop, maintain, and analyse project and proposal schedules, and provide regular reporting on project progress, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Advise and coach project teams on PMO-related processes, methodologies, and tools, with a particular focus on scheduling, risk management, and continuous improvement
Identify and implement opportunities to improve project and proposal efficiency and effectiveness, including taking responsibility for sub-projects where appropriate
Further develop PMO standards, tools, and interfaces, while actively supporting change management initiatives and promoting best practices
We are looking forward to:
Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in project management, ideally including knowledge of agile management methodologies
Strong understanding of traditional project management methodologies; certification such as IPMA, PMI, or PRINCE2 is an advantage
Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera and Microsoft Project, as well as experience in process optimisation
Ideally, experience with Lean Management, agile ways of working, and multi-project management
Fluent German and English language skills are essential
