To support our continued growth in Germany, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Berlin.
This is a versatile role for an experienced marketer who enjoys working across multiple disciplines and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. The position combines project leadership, commercial marketing, partnerships, communications, and market development. Depending on business priorities, the role may support product launches, commercial initiatives, customer experience projects, field marketing activities, strategic partnerships, and business growth opportunities.
The role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and works closely with Sales, Operations, Service, and Global Teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Strategic Collaborations

Develop and manage strategic partnerships to strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Create collaboration concepts, co-marketing initiatives, and brand activations with key partners.
Marketing Project Management

Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

Oversee the execution of both local and global initiatives.
Product Launches & Market Development

Support product launches and market development initiatives.

Monitor industry trends, market opportunities, and customer feedback.
Commercial Marketing & Business Growth

Partner with Sales to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and commercial growth.

Develop tailored marketing initiatives for key accounts and B2B partners.
Communications & Brand Development

Support brand communication, storytelling, and consistency across all touchpoints.

Create presentations, communication materials, and customer-facing content.
Digital Marketing & Customer Experience

Support digital campaigns, CRM initiatives, and customer journey optimization.

Help enhance customer experience across online and offline channels.
Events & Community Engagement

Support events, trade shows, and industry activations.

Build relationships with key stakeholders and strengthen community engagement.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, project management, or related fields.
