Neben dem Mittleren Schulabschluss wird für die Ausbildung zum/r Heilerziehungspfleger/in eine mindestens zweijährige einschlägige abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder eine einschlägige Tätigkeit im sozial-pflegerischen Arbeitsfeld oder eine andere abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und ein Jahr einschlägige Tätigkeit vorausgesetzt.
Als Schulabgänger kannst du das erforderliche Praktikum bei uns in der Stiftung Attl ableisten. Du erhältst eine entsprechende Vergütung und lernst in vier Praktikumsabschnitten wichtige Bereiche in unserer Einrichtung kennen.

Schon während des Praktikums wirst du von erfahrenen Mitarbeitern angeleitet und betreut. Monatliche Einheiten mit deiner fachlichen Begleitung vermitteln dir bereits vor der Ausbildung wertvolle Kenntnisse für die berufliche Praxis.
