1. Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in international logistics, customs or trade compliance, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
3. Solid understanding of import/export processes and customs regulations.
4. Experience with topics such as tariff classification, export control, sanction list screening or customs compliance is highly desirable.
5. Experience working with SAP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA) is considered an advantage.
6. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic project environment and contribute to building new processes and structures.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international teams and external partners.
8. Fluent German and good English skills.
9. Willingness to participate in an international onboarding program including 4-6 weeks of training in Taiwan and Arizona (USA).
Mandarin language skills are considered a plus but are not required.
