Ihre Aufgaben:
Softwaregestützte Routen- und Terminplanung unserer Servicetechniker (m/w/d) in Projekten wie Zählermanagement oder Erdgasanpassung
Prüfung relevanter Einsatzinformationen zur termingerechten Leistungserbringung
Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung im Rahmen der Disposition
Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunden, Technikern und Auftragsabteilung
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Erfahrung in Techniker- oder Personal-Disposition
Kunden- und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und analytisches Denken
Belastbar, auch in stressigen Situationen
Selbstständige, zuverlässige und transparente Arbeitsweise
Hohe Serviceorientierung, Flexibilität und Freundlichkeit
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
