Required Qualifications
6–8+ years of experience, ideally in Investment Banking with a primary focus on
M&A transaction execution. Candidates with backgrounds in Transaction Servjces, Assurance or similar streams will also be considered.
Proven track record leading complex transactions and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities with mastery of valuation methodologies.
Excellent communication skills—confident in presenting to senior executives and leading client discussions.
Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing junior team members.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highpressure environment with strong attention to detail.paced, highpressure environment with strong attention to detail.
Fluent oral and written German (at least C1 standard, documented), fluent oral and written English.
Proactive mindset with strong commercial instincts and origination potential.
Strong network among and working knowledge of corporates, private equity, and advisors. Sector expertise (e.g., TMT, Industrials, Consumer, Healthcare) is a plus but not required. Experience working on crossborder transactions and familiarity with international dealmaking dynamics.
