Responsibilities
Develop and establish the overseas offline sales channel system for heat pumps, build a complete distribution network, formulate and implement channel strategies to achieve market performance and strategic objectives.
Manage channel partners, maintain long-term and stable cooperative relationships, set channel sales targets, track sales performance, and conduct regular assessments of channel partners' capabilities.
Coordinate marketing cooperation between the company's marketing team and channel partners, monitor the implementation of local marketing activities, and jointly promote brand promotion and market expansion with channel partners.
Track market competition dynamics, collect industry information, and provide regular market analysis and forecast reports to the company.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in sales and channel management, with priority given to those with experience in the heat pump industry or new energy sector (such as new energy, home appliances). Rich practical experience in channel development, customer maintenance and sales promotion is preferred.
Familiar with the heat pump industry, with a basic understanding of heat pump products and related market dynamics, able to accurately grasp customer needs and market trends.
Possess good cross-cultural communication skills, able to adapt to different working environments, and have a strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation.
Fluent in local language and English (both oral and written), with strong communication and expression skills, able to independently handle business negotiations and daily work communication.
Willing to accept frequent business trips and adapt to a fast-growing working environment."
