Responsible for the execution of conformity assessment services in the Business Field that require a higher education as well as performing overlaying tasks that require a higher seniority level.

Performs standard and (if applicable) non-standard chemical mechanical and/or electrical analyses or tests in a laboratory that require a higher education.

Records results in laboratory test report, evaluates results if applicable.

Installs, operates and maintains laboratory test equipment.

Might calibrate and repair test equipment.

Might supervise junior staff.

Might assist in development of new tests.

Takes care of sample disposal and sample return.
