You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
Manufacturing of individual parts, tools, and fixtures according to drawings and execution sketches with essential details on dimensional tolerances, surface and/or material properties, if necessary, consultation with the Validation/Prototype and Production ET departments, among others; production of parts using various manufacturing processes (e.g., turning, milling, joining, CNC applications, 3D printing processes)
Assembly of fixtures, fitting into production systems, and testing with the respective clients from Validation/Prototype and Production ET
Independent programming of CAD models for subsequent processing with 3D printers for filament systems and/or CNC turning and milling machines
Independent design of production equipment using Bosch-Rexroth system profiles (basic frames for prototype workstations, test chambers, material shelves, etc.)
Maintenance and proper handling of machine tools, testing, and measuring equipment
This is what you bring to us:
Completed specialized/technical vocational training (Toolmaker/ Precision Mechanic/ Machining Mechanic/ Production Mechanic/ Mechatronics Technician)
Experience and confident mastery of abrasive manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC, turning, milling, etc.)
Solution-oriented thinking, quick comprehension, high willingness to learn, improvisation skills, flexibility, as well as a structured and independent working style
Availability for on-call duty
Strong team orientation and communication skills
