Since 2003, we have been offering school graduates an opportunity to train as ship mechanics. Over the course of three years, apprentices receive a comprehensive maritime education, covering seamanship and marine engineering skills. This training follows Germany’s dual vocational education system based on the „See-Berufsausbildungsverordnung (See-BAV)“ from September 10, 2013.
In addition to in-company training, we collaborate with renowned partners for specialized courses, including:
Firefighting & Rescue Training – Schleswig-Holstein Seamen’s School or Maritime Competence Center
Cooking & Nutrition Courses – Schleswig-Holstein Seamen’s School or Maritime Competence Center
Cargo Securing Training – ma-co Maritime Competence Center
Metalworking Training – Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft mbH & Co. KG
Electrical Engineering Course – E+A Elektrotechnik und Aggregatebau Betriebsgesellschaft mbH
Engine Training – Seafaring School Cuxhaven
