We are a fast-growing catering and hospitality agency providing premium service staff for high-profile events across South Florida. Our team supports major trade shows, corporate functions, luxury private events, and intimate dinners.
We operate through an app-based scheduling system where staff receive invitations to individual events and accept shifts based on availability. Most of our events are prepaid / fixed-cost, so on-site payment handling is generally not required.
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced waitresses for the upcoming SMM Hamburg 2026, happening from September 1st to September 4th. This on-call role requires flexibility and the ability to travel to and from the Hamburg Messe autonomously.
IT IS MANDATORY TO BE ALREADY RESIDING IN HAMBURG OR NEARBY AREAS FOR THE APPLICATION TO BE VALID
Requirements
- Ability to carry multiple plates and trays safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of formal table service (plated, family-style, buffet, and passed hors d’oeuvres)
- Understanding of service sequences and banquet timing coordination
- Experience with event floor plans and table number management
- Efficient clearing, resetting, and turnover of tables under time constraints
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to support bar and beverage stations when needed
- Comfortable working long shifts in fast-paced, tight spaces
- Professional appearance suitable for corporate and high-society clientele
(Note: Most events are fixed-cost; handling guest payments on-site is rarely required.)
