To strengthen our digital marketing activities, we are looking for a creative and technically minded professional to join our team.
Position
Content Creator & Social Media Manager (Remote)
Your Responsibilities
- Create professional animations and explainer videos for technical products and processes
- Develop content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and company websites
- Produce short videos, reels and technical presentations
- Design graphics, infographics and marketing materials
- Explain complex water and wastewater treatment technologies in a clear and engaging way
- Support product launches, trade fairs and international marketing campaigns
- Manage and grow our social media presence
- Write and edit content in English
- Collaborate remotely with engineering, sales and management teams
Requirements
Mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience in social media marketing
- Experience in animation and video production
- Strong graphic design skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Software Skills
Experience with one or more of the following:
- Adobe: After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Audition,
- Canva
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut (für Social Media Reels)
- Camtasia (Tutorials und Screen Recording)
- 3D animation software is a plus: Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, SolidWorks

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in engineering, environmental technology, water treatment or industrial equipment marketing
- Experience creating technical animations
- Understanding of wastewater treatment processes
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Experience working with international customers
