We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This role is essential in supporting the accounting and financial operations of an international business. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting experience, a structured working style, and the ability to collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams.
Work closely with management to organize and support the accounting department.
Assist with accounting and controlling activities.
Support the preparation and execution of payment runs.
Participate in account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
Serve as the point of contact for accounting and finance-related matters.
Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
Support ongoing financial reporting and administrative accounting tasks.
Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
Several years of professional experience in accounting.
Experience with payroll accounting is an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with German accounting standards and business processes.
Proficiency in common accounting procedures and financial documentation.
Strong attention to detail with a reliable and conscientious approach.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a structured and accurate work style.
