Neben interessanten Neukunden-Situationen unterstützen Sie das Team der Infor ebenfalls in Bestandskundenprojekten. Dies gibt Ihnen von Beginn an die Möglichkeit, die Kollegen sowie unser Lösungsportfolio praxisnah kennenzulernen.
Infor COM ist eine der führenden Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)-Lösungen für mittelständische Unternehmen. Die Lösung ist auf die Prozesse und Anforderungen von Fertigungsunternehmen inkl. des Grosshandels spezialisiert. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil der Lösung ist, dass sich hierbei unterschiedliche Fertigungstypen (Varianten, Projekte, Serien, Kleinserien etc.) zusammen kombinieren lassen.

Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden bei der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der ERP-Lösung
- Analyse von Kundenanforderungen sowie Erarbeitung technischer und fachlicher Lösungen
- Unterstützung bei Implementierungen, Migrationen und Releasewechseln
- Durchführung von Tests, Fehleranalysen und Performanceoptimierungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Support, Entwicklern und internen Fachbereichen
- Dokumentation sowie Übergabe von Lösungen an den Kunden
- Unterstützung bei Support- und Betriebsaufgaben.

Sicherer Umgang mit Datenbankmanagementsystemen wie Oracle und/oder Microsoft SQL Server
- Hohe technische Affinität und gutes Verständnis für IT-Systemlandschaften
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit der ERP-Lösung Infor ERP COM
- Kenntnisse in Windows Server und Client-Betriebssystemen (von Vorteil)
- Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerktechnologien (von Vorteil)
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
- Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20–30 %
