WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Cross-project requirements management in the area of research and development
Definition of the content of the requirements management methodology
Creation of the document structure plan
Import of customer requirements
Ensuring specification quality through decomposition and allocation of requirements, especially for architecture and validation
Leading working groups to improve the requirements management process and methods
Supporting project management and system engineers (m/f/d) from the system to component development, if necessary
This position can be filled in Kassel, Kiel, and Unterlüß.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
Successfully completed university degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable
Several years of experience in requirements specification or management
Tool knowledge: IBM DOORS, Codebeamer, Polarion, Jama
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel occasionally
