B2B Marketing & Operations Manager (m/f/d):
PACE Aerospace Engineering and Information Technology GmbH, part of the TXT e-Solutions Group, is a globally recognized software company specializing in innovative solutions for the aviation industry. Since 1995, we have been developing software for aircraft design, configuration, route analysis, virtual training, and fuel efficiency. With locations in Berlin, the USA, Canada, and Singapore, we collaborate closely with leading aircraft manufacturers, airlines, and research partners.
Role Objective:
This role is the operational backbone of the PACE Aerospace marketing team. Working in direct collaboration with the Head of Marketing, you are responsible for tactical digital execution, event logistics, and maintaining the marketing infrastructure. The overarching mission is to ensure that every operational output supports the generation of new enterprise B2B leads. In doing so, you will become a central and indispensable part of our growing marketing team.
Core Responsibilities (The Day-to-Day Operations)
Digital Marketing Operations (Primary Focus): Complete ownership of tactical execution. You take finalized, high-level campaign blueprints (e.g., a lead generation campaign) and build the digital infrastructure. This includes creating HubSpot landing pages, configuring the LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and ensuring flawless routing logic.
Event Management & Logistics (Secondary Focus): End-to-end management of operational tasks for industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions. This includes registrations, booth logistics, coordinating physical assets (rollups, promotional materials), and occasional on-site support at highlight events.
Content & Freelancer Coordination: You purposefully manage and brief specialized, external B2B technical writers. A basic understanding of how complex DeepTech topics are translated into C-level value propositions is required for content sparring to ensure high-quality results.
Operational Management & Administration: As a central member of our team, you independently take on commercial and administrative processes surrounding our marketing and event activities. This includes vendor management as well as the proficient handling of procurement tickets within the TXT Group system.
Required Tech Stack & Experience
Mandatory Platforms: Demonstrable, hands-on expertise in HubSpot and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. You must be able to operate these platforms independently from day one.
Automation Know-How: Experience with or a technical affinity for implementing lead nurturing workflows and integrations (e.g., Zapier) to scale the marketing infrastructure (moving forward).
B2B Enterprise Experience: Familiarity with long sales cycles and managing campaigns that target very niche, high-level buyer personas.
Autonomy & Strategic Growth
Architecture vs. Assembly: The overarching revenue strategy and commercial narratives are in place (the Architecture). You are responsible for the digital infrastructure that delivers these narratives to the market (the Assembly). It is expected that you build these campaign engines independently and without micromanagement based on our strategic frameworks.
Strategic Feedback Loop: While your focus is on operational execution, your strategic input is explicitly desired. You are expected to monitor the infrastructure (e.g., HubSpot Event Capture, LinkedIn Cost-Per-Lead) and proactively provide data-driven recommendations on how we can make our tracking faster, smarter, and more efficient.
Success Criteria (KPIs)
Lead-Focused Execution: Performance is measured by operational impact: Does the execution of campaigns, events, and automations directly reduce friction in the lead generation process and support the overarching revenue architecture?
Additional Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English and German.
Strong execution discipline and a hands-on mentality in a dynamic, highly technical environment.
