About Daisytuner
Daisytuner is building the software layer for the next generation of computing. Our technology automatically optimizes software for modern hardware—from CPUs and GPUs to emerging accelerators—enabling developers to unlock performance without hardware-specific expertise.
We are a team of researchers, engineers, and builders working at the intersection of AI, compilers, and high-performance computing. As an early-stage deep-tech startup, we move fast, tackle difficult problems, and take ownership from day one.
About the Role
As a Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the founders on the most important challenges facing the company.
This is a highly dynamic role designed for someone who wants to learn how a startup is built from the inside. You will gain exposure to nearly every aspect of the business—from recruiting and operations to fundraising, partnerships, customer engagement, and strategy.
No two weeks will look the same. One day you might be helping prepare investor materials, the next organizing a recruiting initiative, supporting customer conversations, analyzing market opportunities, or improving internal processes as we scale.
If you are excited by steep learning curves, broad responsibility, and the opportunity to have a direct impact on a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
What you will be doing
- Work closely with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives
- Drive high-priority projects across multiple areas of the business
- Support recruiting efforts and help attract exceptional talent
- Prepare presentations, analyses, and materials for customers, investors, and partners
- Conduct research on markets, competitors, customers, and business opportunities
- Help coordinate partnerships, events, and business development activities
- Identify operational bottlenecks and help implement scalable processes
- Take ownership of initiatives from idea to execution
What we are looking for
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and execution skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in startups, consulting, venture capital, student organizations, operations, or business development (is a plus)
- Technical curiosity and an interest in AI, software systems, or deep technology (is a plus)
- Experience working in fast-paced environments (is a plus)
Who you are
- Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Excited by both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Resourceful and proactive when faced with new challenges
- Motivated by responsibility and impact rather than rigid job descriptions
- Interested in understanding how a venture-backed startup grows from its earliest stages
What we offer
- Direct mentorship from the founders
- Exposure to all areas of a fast-growing deep-tech startup
- Meaningful ownership and responsibility from day one
- A steep learning curve and accelerated professional development
- Competitive compensation and the possibility of equity participation
- The opportunity to help shape a company at the forefront of AI-driven performance engineering
