We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive growth and build strong relationships with key HVAC OEM customers across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) .
Ideally based in the Aachen area , we are also open to candidates located in Northern Italy , provided they are fluent in German and willing to travel within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key HVAC OEM stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Participate in contract and pricing negotiations.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs and business challenges.
- Manage sales opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned OEM accounts.
- Monitor HVAC market trends and competitor activities.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Experience in account management, technical sales, or business development within the HVAC, refrigeration, or related industries.
- Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively across international and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the DACH region.
- Ideally based near Aachen , though candidates from other European locations, including Northern Italy , will also be considered.
