Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for upstream optimization services in Europe and APAC, aligned with company growth targets
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution selling, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closing
Identify, qualify, and develop new leads with operators (NOCs, independents, selected IOCs) and/or leverage your existing C‑level and VP-/Director‑level network (Subsurface, Production, Digital, Operations) to open doors and accelerate optimization projects sales
Drive account plans, pipeline reviews, and accurate forecasting, ensuring profitable growth and disciplined opportunity qualification
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing strategies, and regional buying behavior to support product development
Represent the company at major industry events (e.g., SPE, ADIPEC) and contribute to thought leadership and customer success stories
