Responsibilities
- Inspection of building services systems (e.g., sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, chillers) through visual checks and system menu queries
- Initial handling of technical building faults (e.g., ventilation and cooling systems) based on acquired experience (through training) and instructions
- Coordination of troubleshooting measures with external service providers
- Participation in an on-call duty rotation
- Planning and coordination of maintenance, inspections, and repair measures; ensuring proper documentation tracking
- Support of internal projects such as relocations and conversions (e.g., organizing external contractors for various trades and technical work)
- Processing requests, complaints, and incident reports related to facility topics
- Performing simple installation tasks (e.g., mounting dispensers, mirrors, TVs, etc.)
Documentation
- Maintenance of databases and systems (e.g., maintenance schedules, contracts, inspection records)
- Creation of reports, analyses, and KPIs via the Facility Management system (e.g., downtime rates)
Profile
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g., HVAC technician, electrician, mechatronics technician, or comparable qualification)
- Professional experience in a technical field, ideally in the real estate or facility management sector
- Solid knowledge of maintenance and repair of building systems
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Good IT skills (MS Office and standard software for documentation and maintenance planning)
