Was Sie erwartet
Sie wollen nicht nur koordinieren, sondern mitgestalten? Diese Rolle verbindet klassische Assistenzaufgaben mit echter fachlicher Mitarbeit: Sie halten den Betrieb am Laufen und treiben gleichzeitig die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkt- und Prozesswelt in der Zusammenarbeit mit Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken mit voran.
Assistenz (ca. 50 %)
Organisation und Koordination von Terminen, Meetings und internen Abläufen
Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Protokollen
Schnittstelle zwischen internen Teams, externen Partnern und der Bereichs- und Abteilungsleitung
Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben, Fristen und Projektständen
Fachliche Mitarbeit (ca. 50 %)
Mitarbeit bei laufenden Projekten und Initiativen im Geschäftsfeld Private Banking
Pflege und Aktualisierung digitaler Prozesse, Unterlagen und Dokumentationen
Koordination und Optimierung interner Prozesse in der Geschäftsentwicklung
Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereichen bei bereichsübergreifenden Themen
Was Sie mitbringen
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder bankfachliche Ausbildung, abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrungen in einer Assistenzfunktion, idealerweise in einem dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld
Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
Eigeninitiative sowie strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
Diskretion und Sensibilität im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook und Microsoft Teams
