Your Responsibilities:

Acquisition of new clients and maintenance of long-term commercial relationships for the hotel.
- Representing the brand and product during external sales visits, particularly through personal meetings and participation in networking events.
- Supporting the MICE team through contracting, building synergies with agencies, and assisting with internal processes.
- Conducting guided tours of the hotel (site inspections) for partners and clients.
- Organizing client events and sales promotion activities.
- Performing market and competitor analysis within assigned segments.
- Creating information materials, brochures, and correspondence using various marketing tools.
- Maintaining the client database (CRM).
- Negotiating and closing corporate contracts.
- Developing action plans for your area of responsibility.
- Generating ideas for seasonal marketing campaigns and ensuring their proactive integration into the sales process.
- Executing telemarketing actions and targeted mailings to predefined client groups to optimize revenue.
- Implementing quarterly client loyalty initiatives within the hotel.
- Participating in regional and national sales events.
