Solution Architect I - Power Platform / Power Apps Architect (with Copilot & D365 Experience)

We are seeking a highly experienced Power Platform Solution Architect with deep expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM and/or F&O). The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background, proven enterprise delivery experience, and hands-on skills designing Copilot, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI–enabled solutions.
This role will be responsible for driving intelligent automation, scalable application design, and enterprise-grade integrations within the Microsoft business applications ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architecture & Solution Design
- Develop end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise Power Platform implementations integrated with Dynamics 365 CE/F&O/Business Central.
- Design scalable Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Custom Pages using Dataverse and Azure components.
- Architect Copilot-powered solutions using AI Builder, Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents), and Azure OpenAI.
- Define ALM strategy, governance models, security standards, and environment best practices across the Power Platform landscape.
2. Integration & Development Leadership
- Lead and oversee integrations between Power Apps and D365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure services, and external line-of-business systems via Power Automate and custom connectors.
- Design low-code extensions to core D365 processes across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Finance.
- Enable Copilot within Power Apps and D365 through natural language automation, prompt engineering, and custom plugin development.
3. Copilot & AI Enablement
- Implement AI-driven features using AI Builder, Azure AI Services, and Copilot Studio for extraction, predictions, recommendations, and conversational experiences.
- Drive adoption of Copilot capabilities within D365 modules such as Sales Insights, Customer Service Copilot, Finance Copilot, and more.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify new AI/ML use cases and transform them into enterprise-ready Power Platform solutions.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI integrations.
- Proficiency in Power Fx, custom connectors, PCF controls, and environment management.
- Practical experience implementing or extending Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and/or D365 F&O.
- Strong understanding of the D365 data model, plugin architecture, workflows, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI integration.
- Familiarity with Copilot capabilities across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services including Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions, and related integration patterns.
- Experience defining and implementing ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Deep understanding of security, governance, compliance, and performance principles in Power Platform.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (CE, F&O, or BC track)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (optional)
- Demonstrated experience delivering Copilot-enabled intelligent business applications across multiple industries.
