We’re looking for Senior IT Project Manager - Enterprise Applications for Amer Sports’ office in Garching.

In this role, you will lead business-critical projects across a diverse enterprise application landscape spanning SAP and non-SAP solutions. You will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver transformation initiatives that improve business processes, support growth, and enable our long-term digital strategy.

Lead end-to-end project delivery
Own project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate activities across planning, design, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.
Partner with the business
Coordinate enterprise application landscapes
Manage external partners and vendors
Ensure quality, governance, and compliance
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally gained within a consulting, IT services, or system integration environment.
- Proven success delivering SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or other enterprise application projects in international and complex business environments.
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes, business processes, and system integrations.
- Solid knowledge of project planning, budgeting, resource coordination, and project governance.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and similar collaboration platforms.
- Exposure to both SAP and non-SAP business applications, including SaaS solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects from planning through successful delivery.
- Ability to influence decisions, align diverse stakeholders, and work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or a similar project management certification would be considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
