- Classify incoming inquiries, orders, and customer activities as recurring or Unplanned Business or as a Planned
- Opportunity, and ensure complete documentation in Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Identify new applications, strategic projects, and technically or commercially complex opportunities, ensure a structured handover to Sales, and subsequently support quotation preparation, documentation, and order processing.
- Review customer orders, process them in NetSuite, link them to the relevant Salesforce data, and prepare order confirmations.
- Obtain information internally regarding product availability, confirmed delivery dates, shipping information, and order changes, communicate these reliably to customers, and follow open items through to completion.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer, contact, quotation, and order data, and prepare regular reports on sales, customer activity, open quotations, orders, and transferred opportunities.
- Record complaints, returns, and RMA requests in a structured manner, ensure complete documentation, forward them to the responsible specialist functions, and provide administrative support for status communication.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification.

- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Good commercial understanding and basic technical knowledge, combined with the ability to clearly distinguish between standard business and more advanced sales opportunities.
