We are looking for a highly motivated DPM & Business Metrics Program Manager to join our Global Performance Management team and help drive one of the most important strategic initiatives supporting DHL Supply Chain's Strategy 2030.
In this role, you will contribute to the rollout and continuous evolution of a global, standardized performance management framework that will transform how business performance is measured, managed, and improved across all regions. By bringing together cross-functional data into a single framework, you will enable targeted performance dialogues from operational sites through to global leadership, supporting the division's ambition to become a truly data-driven organization.
This is a temporary position until end of Q2 2028.
Your key responsibilities include:
LOGICS Business Metrics & Operations Profile & Planning Modules Ownership

Own the Business Metrics (BM) and Operations Profile & Planning (OPP) reporting modules including the roadmap, backlog, and enhancement pipeline, ensuring priorities align with business needs and global Operations strategy.
- Coordinate the Business Metrics governance process by managing KPI standardization, metric definitions, reporting rules, and alignment across regions and functions.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new metrics, reporting requirements, and system enhancements, from business requirements through testing, deployment, and adoption.
- Act as the primary business interface between regional Business Metrics leads, Operations stakeholders, Data & Analytics teams, and IT delivery teams.
- Facilitate global stakeholder forums and working groups to prioritize enhancements, communicate updates, resolve issues, and align on reporting requirements.

Drive data quality, reporting consistency, and process standardization initiatives to improve the accuracy, reliability, and confidence in operational performance reporting globally.
Divisional Performance Management (DPM) Power BI Suite of applications
- Support the evolution of DHL's global performance management reporting platform by coordinating Power BI dashboard enhancements, onboarding activities, and business requirements that enable informed decision-making across the organization.
- Partner with functional teams to implement new KPIs, reporting capabilities, and management reporting requirements within the DPM Suite.

Coordinate reporting enhancements and new capabilities by working with business stakeholders, Data & Analytics teams, and IT delivery teams through requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Support global communication, training, onboarding, and change management activities to increase adoption and effective use of DPM reporting solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by gathering user feedback, sharing best practices, monitoring adoption trends, and identifying opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and user experience.

Support innovation initiatives by evaluating advanced analytics, AI-enabled insights, and data visualization opportunities that enhance reporting capabilities and improve business decision-making.
What are we looking for from you?

5+ years of experience in project or program management, with the ability to deliver initiatives on time, within scope, and budget.
- Strong ability to lead and coordinate global virtual teams across regions, functions, and cultures.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience engaging with senior leaders and driving alignment.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and moderation skills, with the ability to navigate complex discussions and build consensus.
- Experience supporting or leading business transformation, performance management, or digitalization initiatives is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies and working in collaborative, iterative project environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Bachelors’ or Master’s degree in Business administration or a related field.

Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
What can you bring as a plus?

Understanding of cross-functional business processes, particularly across Operations and Finance.
- Experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations environments would be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence tools would be beneficial.
