The Computational Medicine Group (Emmy Noether Group Leader: PD Dr. Pascal Schlosser) at the Institute of Epidemiology and Prevention generates new insights into the (patho-)physiology of complex human traits and diseases, which arise from the combination of genetic predisposition and environmental influences. The position is posted as part of the Cluster of Excellence CIBSS (EXC-2189 Centre for Integrative Biological Signalling Studies). We conduct epidemiologic studies and develop integrative methods to analyze the collected molecular information, including in collaborative work within large international research consortia.
We are looking to expand our multidisciplinary team (medicine, statistics, bioinformatics, biology). You will support the team by generating and analyzing molecular and clinical data for third-party funded projects.
