Roku Management Consulting GmbH (RMC-GmbH) is a company that supports customers of the U.S. government and the Department of Defense. We are building a team to provide enterprise-wide building cleaning services throughout the USAG Ansbach garrison, which includes approximately 100 buildings and 70,000 m² and spans the Katterbach, Bismarck, Shipton/Urlas, Barton, Bleidorn, Illesheim, and Oberdachstetten barracks. The position
We are looking for a Certified Building Cleaning Master to be a key member of our cleaning team to support a U.S. Army mission. It is a full-time on-site position that can be filled immediately or by appointment.
Tasks:
· Function as a certified building cleaning master within the scope of the contract
· Responsibility for the organization and control of all janitorial and cleaning processes in several facilities
· Leadership, motivation and deployment planning of the cleaning teams in several barracks
· Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with established quality standards, including hospital-level hygienic standards in Child Development Center (CDC) and CYSS facilities
· Control of work execution and execution of quality controls in accordance with the Quality Control Plan (QCP)
· Material and warehouse management for cleaning agents, equipment and consumables
· Implementation of safety and hygiene guidelines, including German occupational health and safety, environmental and accident prevention regulations (UVV, OSHA and applicable law of the host country)
· Support in compliance with and documentation of the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 standards
· Instruction and induction of new employees; Training of new trainees in the field of building cleaning
Your profile:
· Completed training and valid, current certification as a building cleaning master
· Several years of proven management experience in building cleaning; Experience with public sector institutions, institutional institutions or large site networks is an advantage
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· High reliability, diligence and personal responsibility
· Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
· Friendly and professional appearance
· Willingness to organize and support flexible working hours
· Eligibility to train new trainees in the field of building cleaning
· Ability to obtain eligibility to access U.S. facilities, including a certificate of good conduct and completion of required security and counterterrorism training
· Ability to speak, write and read English
