Mebon (Mebon.com) is a Los Angeles-based young contemporary women's fashion brand focused on creating trend-driven styles for the modern woman. We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Assistant to help grow our online presence, build relationships with content creators, and increase brand awareness across social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Research and reach out to influencers and content creators on Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Build and maintain influencer partnerships.
- Introduce creators to our affiliate and commission program.
- Assist with influencer campaigns and track outreach, collaborations, and campaign performance.
- Help grow Mebon's social media presence and increase brand awareness.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, viral content, and emerging creators.
- Assist with additional marketing and social media projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Interest in social media, influencer marketing, and fashion.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in social media, marketing, influencer outreach, or fashion is a plus, but not required.
