Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with EASA Part-145 requirements.
- Identify malfunctions and defects, perform troubleshooting, and ensure appropriate corrective actions are carried out.
- Assemble and install electrical components and avionics equipment.
- Ensure that the AMOS system is regularly updated to accurately reflect maintenance activities, component changes, and man-hours.
- Upon completion of maintenance activities, release aircraft to service in compliance with applicable regulations and ensure their continued airworthiness.
- Report work progress, defects, technical issues, and any delays in a timely manner.
- Ensure that assigned tools are maintained in good condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Provide supervision and guidance to CAT A Technicians, as required.
Profile:
- Holder of an EASA Part-66 Category B2 License.
- EASA Part-66 Category A License would be considered an advantage.
- Human Factors Training.
- Part-145 Initial and/or Refresher Training.
- EWIS Initial and/or Refresher Training.
- Fuel Tank Safety Initial and/or Refresher Training.
- Strong electrical and avionics technical knowledge.
- Proven experience working with complex technical systems.
- Significant experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Knowledge of EASA Regulation (EU) No. 1321/2014 and Part-145 requirements would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in Business Aviation would be considered an asset.
- Basic knowledge of PC network technologies.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Willingness to work early and late shifts, as required.
- Eager to learn and develop new skills and processes on the job.
- Well-structured approach to work, with a strong focus on quality and cost awareness.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German and/or French would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with AMOS would be an advantage.
