Associate Lead HR (English & German)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Associate Lead HR to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the delivery of key HR services across the employee lifecycle, partner with managers on people-related matters, and contribute to HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, performance, and organizational success.

Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for new hires and departing employees.
- Ensure a smooth and positive employee transition experience.
Employee Support & Engagement
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement, wellbeing, and development initiatives.
- Support programs that enhance employee performance, productivity, and growth.
HR Strategy & Implementation
- Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate HR projects, employee surveys, and action plans.
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with business objectives and organizational values.
Employee Relations
- Partner with managers on employee-related matters and HR decision-making.
- Support the resolution of employee relations issues, including conflict management, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations.
- Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and employee retention activities.
Project & Change Management
- Participate in HR transformation and continuous improvement projects.
- Assist with change management initiatives and internal communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
HR Administration & Operations
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, letters, and related documents.
- Maintain HR systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform HR administrative tasks and support operational excellence.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
- Initial experience and understanding of German Labor Law.
- Experience working in an international and matrix organizational environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Structured, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting HR projects and organizational change initiatives.
