- Lead and manage multidisciplinary SoC/ASIC development projects, ensuring successful delivery with regards to scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including mixed-signal, digital, PnR, DFT, verification, and test engineers.
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, management, and external stakeholders or customers.
- Review, interpret, analyze and challenge customer Request for Quotation (RfQ) and translate them into clear project goals, specifications, and work packages.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, milestones, and risk analyses, and ensure transparent project communication.
- Drive structured project governance, regular status reporting, and risk management.
- Support the continuous improvement of design and project management processes and contribute to organizational learning.
- Assist management in resource planning, recruitment, and mentoring of junior team members.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within semiconductor or SoC/ASIC development.
- Broad understanding of the IC development lifecycle (concept, design, verification, layout, test, qualification, production).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional and/or distributed engineering teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured, proactive, and hands-on way of working.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.

- Technical background in one of the typical ASIC design areas is beneficial.
- Experience in automotive or other high-reliability applications.
