We're looking for you: Founders Associate – AI, Automation & Growth (m/f/d)
recash is a young, fast-growing startup with a clear mission: we're building the digital marketplace for surplus and overstock in fashion and e-commerce, connecting wholesalers and resellers worldwide — data-driven, automated, and with real value on both sides.
As our Founders Associate, you work directly with the founders and get a deep, hands-on look at how an early-stage startup is built and scaled. But this isn't a "shadow the founders" role. You own one number from day one: the return we generate on the platform. More conversions, more repeat buyers, more revenue per visitor — and you find the smartest, most automated way to get there.
Your mission
- Own the revenue lever: Your work is measured in ROI. You dig into our funnel, find where conversions leak, and build the things that turn more visitors into buyers and more buyers into repeat buyers.
- Automate the GTM machine: You build the scraping, lead-gen, and outreach automations that fill our pipeline on autopilot — using tools like Clay, HubSpot, Brevo, n8n/Make or whatever gets the job done.
- Vibe-code your way to leverage: See a manual, repetitive process? You build a quick tool, script, or automation that kills it — so the whole team moves faster every day.
- Data & pricing intelligence: You help sharpen our AI for supply upload and matching, run pricing analyses to surface the best deals for buyers, and prep data so our tools make faster, better decisions.
- Side quests: Depending on what moves the needle, you'll also touch social media, after-sales, and operations — wherever you can create impact.
What you bring
- Fluent English in speech and writing. German is a strong plus, but for this role international candidates are very welcome.
- A builder's mindset: you're comfortable with code, no-code, and AI tools — and you actually ship, you don't just plan.
- You're obsessed with measurable results. "It feels better" isn't enough; you want to see the number move.
- High self-motivation, a structured way of working, and the drive to build in an early-stage startup instead of just watching.
Nice to have
- First experience in sales (outbound, telesales, SDR) — ideally in e-commerce or fashion.
- Hands-on experience with scraping, automations, or GTM tools (HubSpot, Brevo, Clay & co.) — or you learn extremely fast.
