For our Logistics Centers in Allermöhe and Erlensee, we are looking for

Team Leader (m/f/d) Facility & Site Services

Your new job includes

You are responsible for the further development of our Facility & Site Services in the logistics centers in Allermöhe and Erlensee, as well as for your team. Your tasks include:

Managing and coordinating services to ensure smooth operations and the maintenance of buildings and facilities at both locations
Providing both functional and disciplinary leadership, as well as development and workforce planning for the Facility & Site Services teams
Ensuring cross-site collaboration and driving a forward-looking alignment of structures, processes, and standards in facility management
Budget and investment planning for the Facility & Site Services area
Leading projects for modernization, restructuring, or expansion of buildings and related infrastructure
Managing and overseeing tenders and requests for proposals
Reviewing invoices from a technical perspective and ensuring quality control as well as acceptance of services provided

What you should bring along

Completed degree in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, (Civil) Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in engineering, facility management, or a similar role, ideally with initial leadership experience
Ability to analyze data and KPIs and derive appropriate actions and decisions
Very good knowledge of building systems and technical equipment
Solid proficiency in MS Office and common facility management software
Strong communication skills combined with a structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on working style
Willingness to travel regularly between the Erlensee and Allermöhe locations
