TECHNICAL / COMPLIANCE REQUIRED: Function required by technical, cybersecurity, design, testing, commissioning or turnover obligations; exact billet is ERP's execution method.
Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is a tribally led federal energy-resilience contractor building the contingent team for the USAG Ansbach - Storck Barracks Smart Microgrid in Bavaria, Germany. The 730-day project integrates two 1 MW diesel generators, 2 MW / 4 MWh battery energy storage, photovoltaic generation, 20 kV medium-voltage distribution, fuel systems, protection, SCADA/microgrid controls, fiber communications, an underground interconnection corridor and full testing, training and commissioning.
Coordinates OEM prerequisites, personnel, tools, procedures, warranty controls, startup, SAT, punch, and service handoff.

Develop and execute systemization, FAT/HIL, prefunctional, startup, SAT, functional, integrated, training, and turnover requirements.

Coordinate PV, BESS, generation, fuel, switchgear, protection, SCADA, communications, cybersecurity, OEM, quality, and safety interfaces.

Verify prerequisites and approved procedures before energization or testing; control configuration, issues, retest, and acceptance evidence.

Maintain traceable test records, settings, software/configuration baselines, manuals, spares, warranties, training, and as-builts.

Provide onsite support for the assigned test windows and rapid technical response during integrated commissioning.

Relevant engineering/technical education or OEM qualification and demonstrated power-system, controls, testing, or turnover experience.

Ability to interpret drawings, sequences, settings, procedures, test data, and acceptance criteria.

Ability to obtain approved Germany work status and installation/system access for required onsite windows.
PE/CxA/CCP/NETA/OEM credentials; microgrid, grid-forming BESS, black-start, SCADA, or relay experience.

Each individual still requires lawful Germany work status, installation access and applicable technical credentials.

OEM/local employment or approved short-term/accredited mobilization. BACO-90 may be used only when the individual and work qualify and approval is received before work.

Employer/engagement source must match the approved ERP staffing plan, subcontract chain, independence rules and German employment/work-status requirements.

No field work may begin until required Government personnel approval, installation access/badging, safety orientation, role designation/appointment, system/data permissions and work-front release are complete.

Project-based and contingent upon award/NTP, funding, final staffing authorization, qualification verification, Government approval where applicable, employer-of-record completion and installation access.

Must support approved work hours, outages, testing windows, alternate shifts, weekends or German holidays when the schedule and lawful working-time controls require.

Must comply with ERP/prime direction, EM 385-1-1, German safety and labor requirements, quality controls, CUI/FCI and photography/device restrictions, accurate timekeeping and project conduct rules.
