In der Koenig & Bauer Coding GmbH am Standort Veitshöchheim suchen wir für unsere Abteilung Zoll & Export eine: n Sachbearbeiter Versandoffice (alle Geschlechter).
Aufgaben:
Versand- und Zollabwicklung aller nationalen und internationalen Sendungen (inkl. Gefahrgutversand)
Auswahl und Beauftragung von Transportdienstleistern
Erstellung und Versand von Ausgangsrechnungen
Erstellung aller notwendigen Zoll-, Versand- und Frachtdokumente unter Berücksichtigung geltender Vorschriften
Kontrolle von Frachtrechnungen
Reklamationsbearbeitung von Transportschäden
Kommunikation mit Kunden, Transportdienstleistern und Behörden (u.a. Zoll)
Tätigkeiten im Bereich Zoll und Exportkontrolle (u.a. WuP)
Kommunikation mit internen Ansprechpartnern
Anforderungen:
Wir suchen eine praxiserfahrene Persönlichkeit, die neben Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement folgende Qualifikationen für die Arbeit in einem dynamischen Team mitbringt.
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik oder Industriekaufmann
Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Umfangreiche Exportkenntnisse von Vorteil
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Auftrags- und Exportabwicklung
Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent, Engagement, Kreativität und Initiative
Erfahrung in der Nutzung gängiger PC-Applikationen sowie SAP, Google Workspace und MS Office
Motiviertes und selbständiges, verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln
Kommunikative Kompetenz
Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung in den bereichsspezifischen Themenfeldern.
