As an Executive Assistant (m/f/d) Marketing & Sales Global Functions you will report to the Senior Vice President Marketing & Sales based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.
Your Mission

You work in close partnership with the Senior Vice President Marketing & Sales, providing high‑level strategic and operational support.

You ensure seamless coordination for the Marketing & Sales Leadership Team, managing their meeting structures, travel planning, and day‑to‑day organizational needs.

You run the Marketing & Sales Global Functions with ownership of administrative processes and cross‑functional coordination.

You manage executive calendars and lead the preparation of key business‑cycle meetings.

You act as a central communication hub, enabling smooth interaction between leadership, teams, and external stakeholders including media, customers, and partners.

You handle confidential information with discretion and maintain secure, well‑structured records.

You monitor and approve standard expenditures to ensure alignment with established budgets.
Your Profile

Business foundation - Completed business studies or a commercial apprenticeship.

International executive experience - 5-10 years supporting senior management in an international environment.

Digital fluency - Strong MS Office skills, especially Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.

Language confidence - Fluent German and English; additional French language skills are a plus.

Communication & decision strength - Clear, confident communicator with excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
