The Frankfurt (Oder) Chamber of Skilled Crafts – East Brandenburg Region is a modern, future-oriented and service-oriented advocacy group for approximately 11,000 craft businesses in East Brandenburg.
In addition to its sovereign duties and a diverse range of advisory services, the Chamber of Skilled Crafts offers an extensive range of training and further education opportunities.
To strengthen our team, we are looking to fill the following position in Frankfurt (Oder) as soon as possible :
This is a funded project position and is therefore initially temporary. The funding guideline currently runs until December 31, 2027.
- Attractive remuneration according to TV-L – depending on qualifications between €47,000 and €52,000 gross per year for full-time employment.

- A university degree or master craftsman qualification with several years of professional experience would be desirable.
- Experience in dual vocational training
- Knowledge of the content of the HWO and the BBiG
- Knowledge of the legal framework for the integration of refugees and foreign skilled workers (skilled immigration law, residence status, funding and support opportunities)

- Self-initiative and creativity
- good communication skills and a confident, rhetorical manner
- Ability to work independently, analytically and conceptually
- very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Additional foreign language skills (e.g. Arabic) would be an advantage.
- Willingness to be available for field service
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
- Driving licence class B and own vehicle

- Placement of foreign skilled workers and refugees in company-based vocational training, entry-level qualifications or employment
- Preparation, implementation and evaluation of training fairs, apprenticeship exhibitions and information events on the topic of integration
- Participation in career orientation events
- Conducting events for pupils and parents in schools on the topic of vocational training in the skilled trades
- Development of suitable materials to inform foreign youth and skilled workers about vocational training in the skilled trades
- Promoting the project on our social media channels
- Management of the apprenticeship exchange
- financial accounting of the project and documentation of results
