Responsibilities:
Job purpose
To provide efficient, high‑quality financial crime prevention support to the business and to the MLRO function
General Duties
- Review and development of relevant policies and procedures

Conducting Quality Assessment of outsourced AML operational tasks

Evaluating and processing alerts and escalations from other teams

Investigating suspicious cases and reporting of suspicious activity to FIU

Supporting SFG MLRO in communication with competent German authorities (e.g. BaFin, LKA)

Preparing documentation for internal and external audit

Participating in ad-hoc projects, as may be required from time to time

Supporting SFG MLRO in development and execution of SFG Control Plan

Conducting gap analysis on relevant new laws and regulations

Support SFG MLRO in any other tasks as may be required from time to time
Qualifications:
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or related field

CAMS Certification ( desired)
Skills

Knowledge of international/ German compliance laws, regulations, and industry practices

Attention to detail and analytical mind

Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Understanding business context of a payment provider ( preferred)

Strong inter-personal and communication skills

Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work flexibly under pressure, often with short notice deadlines

Very good command of English and excellcnt command in spoken and written German (any other language is an advantage)

Ability to work independently and in a team
