Wer wir sind
Wir sind kein weiterer Luxus-Nagelsalon, aber auch keine Billig-Nailbar. Brava Nails steht für richtig gute Qualität zu einem fairen Preis: höchste Hygienestandards, ein herzliches Team und ein Ort, den unsere Kundinnen wirklich lieben.
Wir wachsen gerade schnell (zweites Studio kommt bald!) und setzen einen neuen Standard für Nagelstudios in Berlin.
Unsere Obsession sind unsere Kundinnen — aber genauso wichtig ist uns, dass wir ein richtig guter Arbeitsplatz sind.
Deine Aufgaben
- Maniküre und Pediküre — Shellac, klassischer Nagellack, Nail Art (meist einfache Designs, teilweise auch aufwendiger)
- Unsere Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards einhalten, jedes Mal
- Mithelfen, dass das Studio sauber und einladend bleibt
- Zu einer wirklich guten Atmosphäre im Team beitragen — nicht nur für Kundinnen, auch fürs Team selbst
- Kleine zusätzliche Beiträge willkommen (etwas Social Media, etwas im Tagesgeschäft) — nice to have, nicht der Hauptjob. Der Hauptjob sind die Nägel.
Was wir suchen
- Erfahrung in Maniküre & Pediküre — falls du Maniküre kannst, aber noch keine Pediküre (oder du sammelst gerade noch Erfahrung), kein Problem, wir bringen es dir bei
- Wohlfühlen im Kundenkontakt: selbstbewusst, durchsetzungsfähig, gut darin, im Moment Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Englisch oder Deutsch — eine der beiden Sprachen reicht
- Guter Mensch UND gute Fachkraft. Beides zählt gleich viel. Wir wählen nicht das eine über das andere.

Who we are
We're not another luxury nail salon, and we're not a budget nail bar either.
Brava Nails is great quality, at a fair price, done properly: obsessive hygiene, a warm team, and a space clients genuinely love.
We're growing fast (second studio incoming!) and building a new standard for nail studios in Berlin.
Our obsession is the client, but just as much, our obsession is having a great place to work.
What you'll do
- Manicures and pedicures — shellac, dip powder, regular polish, nail art (mostly simple designs, some more detailed work)
- Keep our hygiene and quality standards, every single time
- Help keep the studio clean and looking great
- Contribute to a genuinely good vibe at work, not just for clients — for the team too
- Small extra contributions welcome (a bit of social media, a bit of day-to-day operations) — nice to have, not the main job. The main job is the nails.
What we're looking for
- Experience in manicure & pedicure — but if you know manicure and not pedicure yet (or you're still building experience), that's OK, we'll train you
- Comfortable with client-facing work: confident, assertive, good at making decisions in the moment
- English or German — one of the two is enough
- Good person AND good professional. Both matter, equally. We're not choosing one over the other.
