Our Competence Center TechLab supports customers and internal stakeholders in all technical questions related to BPM tools from the selection process over set-up to operations. It provides knowhow and services related to the deployment and integration of BPM tools and applications such as BPA, process mining tools, process governance tools, as well as reporting and analytics features.
To best support Business Transformation, you will be responsible to manage:
People: Project management (agile, waterfall), collaboration tools
Processes: BPM, BPA, robotics, workflow engines
Systems: SAP ECC and S/4 HANA (cloud and on premise)
Data: Data migration and cleansing tools
Our Competence Center TechLab is involved in customer projects, internal projects and the fulfillment of managed service contracts. Competence Centers at bpExperts are places to seek knowledge and advise. They are offering step stones for development of individuals as well as a team and act as islands for creativity and innovation to drive our business.
The Competence Center leader takes ownership and responsibility for the development and operation of a Competence Center and continuously monitors and improves its performance. She or he allocates resources and drives tactical and strategic decisions in close collaboration with the partners and other competence center leaders guided by bpExperts’ strategy, company values and an entrepreneurial spirit.
You will combine service and product development and delivery, business development and project assignments.
