Responsibilities:
- Initiating telephone contact, addressing, and supporting potential customers and international business partners in both B2B and B2C sectors
- Presenting, preparing offers, and actively selling our air ambulance services
- Identifying new customers as well as maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
- Recording and managing customer data and activities in our CRM system (Fl3XX)
- Close collaboration with the Medical Desk and Operations teams
Requirements:
- Experience in outbound calls or telephone sales, ideally in medical assistance or aviation related services; career changers from other industries with strong persuasive skills are also welcome
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Negotiation skills and a strong focus on sales
- Excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
- High self-motivation, team spirit, and a structured working style
- Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work in shifts (early/late/night)
- Confident use of common PC programs and CRM systems
