Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a major Data Center project and lead a multidisciplinary team throughout the entire project lifecycle – from project initiation through to client handover.
We are looking for you to join HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH in Berlin as a
- Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a strategic large-scale data center project
- Lead and manage the entire project team throughout all project phases
- Ensure project delivery in accordance with schedule, budget, quality requirements, and the highest safety standards
- Take responsibility for the project's commercial performance, risk management, and contract management
- Oversee planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities
- Represent HOCHTIEF towards clients, authorities, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders
- Build and develop high-performing project teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable discipline
- Extensive leadership experience in managing large and complex construction projects, ideally in the data center or high-tech sector
- Proven track record in delivering major projects with a value exceeding €500 million
- Several years of experience in senior project leadership positions
- Strong expertise in project management, contract management, and risk management
- Experience with international contract forms (e.g., FIDIC, NEC) is an advantage
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Responsibility for one of the most strategically important data center projects within the HOCHTIEF Group
