To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as
from 130 hours per month
Your tasks
- Washing dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils and putting them away properly
- Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation (e.g. potatoes, onions, carrots, etc.)
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, work surfaces and the kitchen floor
- Daily cleaning of cold storage rooms and storage areas
- Cleaning kitchen laundry and storing it properly
- Correct sorting and disposal of daily waste
- Daily removal and storage of packaging materials (cardboard, etc.) in the basement/kitchen area
- Careful and proper handling of hotel property
- Supporting stock management and the correct storage of goods
- Complying with hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines
- General support tasks to ensure the smooth running of kitchen operations
Daily working hours are based on scheduling by the responsible supervisors and daily business volume (between 9:00 am and 11:00 pm).
