As Senior Acquisition Manager, DACH, you'll lead the execution of DAZN's acquisition strategy across Germany, Austria and Switzerland—delivering data-driven campaigns, optimising performance, and partnering across teams to maximise subscriber growth and marketing efficiency.
This role is based in Munich.

- Performance Marketing Operations: Manage the day-to-day operation of DAZN's DACH performance marketing channels together with the central media team. Be go-to-person in market for the Affiliate programe to optimize existing partners and onboard new ones. Ensure that all activities are executed efficiently and working agains specified targets.
- Conversion Funnel Optimisation: Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to optimize the DACH subscriber acquisition funnel — from ad click through landing page to sign-up flow. Identify and diagnose funnel drop-off points, develop hypotheses for improvement, and work cross-functionally to implement and test optimization initiatives.
- Sporting Calendar & Event Campaign Activation: Develop and manage a detailed DACH acquisition campaign calendar that aligns marketing activity with key sporting moments and tentpole events across the different DAZN products in DACH markets.
- Data Analysis & Performance Reporting:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive DACH acquisition performance dashboards to identify drivers of success or underperformance, and translating findings into actions & optimisations. Prepare regular performance reviews for the wider commercial team. Work closely with the Analytics teams to constantly evolve and improve reporting capabilities.
- Forecasting & Budget tracking: Work with Finance teams to ensure accurate budget tracking & financial reporting for customer acquisition. Use historic data & insights to inform regular forecasting and setting of commercial acquisition targets to achieve business success.

3-5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, acquisition marketing, or growth marketing, with a strong preference for experience within the DACH region.
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimising large-scale digital acquisition campaigns that deliver measurable subscriber/customer growth and CPA efficiency.
- Deep hands-on experience managing performance marketing channels at scale
- Experience working within or alongside the sports media, digital entertainment, OTT/streaming, telecommunications, or consumer subscription sectors in the DACH.
- Understanding of subscription business models, including trial mechanics, conversion funnels, and the relationship between acquisition quality and downstream retention.
- Experience working within a matrixed, international organisation where collaboration across functions and geographies is essential.
- Fluent language skills in English and German
