- Manage System/Program managers and metier leaders, ensuring the QCD of program execution of the Development Center, in line with platform Strategy and Regional Centers deliveries

Key accountabilities:
- QCD execution of all development programs assigned to the Development Center, in line with platform strategy and region requests.
- Ensure coordination with Solution Directors, and support platform overall strategy and solution roadmaps
- Ensure coordination with Regional Center (for planning, quality, finance, deliveries, interaction with engineering and projects…)
- Monitor and develop DC team people skills, according global strategy
- Definition and management of the transformation plans
- Report DC performances to management
- Define and coordinate interactions with other DC, according to program PIOs and common objectives
- Develop and execute competitiveness plans for the Development Center in coordination with platform and regions
- Ensure that Products & Systems are sustained (Life Cycle Management)
- Support tenders and validate quotations of R&D gaps and VO.

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Mandatory:
- Graduated from Engineering/technical disciplines
Desirable:
- Specialization in Computer Sciences
Mandatory:
- Strong engineering/Product design experience
- Experience in management of at least a mid-size engineering team
Desirable:
- Experience in Program Management
Competencies & Skills
- Strong project management/QCD skill
- Capability in team management, acquired through progressive exposure in other engineering positions
- Leadership and understanding of business priorities
- Good inclusiveness and negotiation skills with other peers to drive product roadmaps and arbitrate business priorities
- Reporting capability in exposure to top management
- Change Management is likely a desirable competency
