Your role
As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you will support a broad range of strategic and operational initiatives across the company. You will help structure fast-moving topics, drive key projects, and take ownership of important tasks from research to execution.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and wants to understand how a startup is built from the inside.
Key responsibilities
- Drive high-impact initiatives across the business
- Take ownership of cross-functional projects from idea to execution
- Analyze data and translate insights into compelling customer and internal presentations
- Collaborate closely with Business, Operations, and Tech teams on company-wide priorities
- Help shape event and community initiatives, from planning and logistics to on-site participation
- Support people and culture initiatives, from recruiting and onboarding to internal team projects
- Support investor relations, including research, materials, and follow-ups
What we are looking for
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Full professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong skills in structuring information and creating presentations
- Analytical mindset, quick comprehension, and a proactive, hands-on working style
- High level of reliability, ownership, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with changing priorities
What we offer
You will work closely with the founders and gain deep insights into all major areas of the business, with hands-on mentoring and a steep learning curve. Along the way, you will receive hands-on mentoring and continuously develop both your personal skill set and your personal development. The internship is compensated with EUR 2,408 gross per month. Depending on availability, there may be an option to apply for accommodation at WERK1 Coliving in Munich. There is also the opportunity to grow with us beyond the internship, either as a working student or as a full-time team member.
Gehalt: 2.408,00€ pro Monat
