You have a strong background in technical project procurement, supplier negotiations and contract management. You are experienced in reviewing technical specifications, drawings, project documentation, material certificates, inspection requirements and customer-specific procurement conditions.
Experience in piping, stainless steel, metals, EPC, plant engineering, construction, energy, chemical or industrial project business is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of material certificates, certificates of origin, inspection documentation and supplier documentation workflows.
Ability to identify commercial and contractual risk in project inquiries, including penalties, warranty obligations, documentation requirements, Incoterms, packing/marking, inspection costs and back-to-back supplier obligations.
Strong capability to work at the interface of Sales, Procurement, Quality, Logistics and Finance during quotation and project execution.
Full professional proficiency in German.
